Delaware Phoenix is a New York State farm distillery producing three varieties of absinthe. Made in a copper pot still using traditional 19th century methods - all with the finest botanicals grown on our small farm in the Northern Catskills.
There are no flavoring additives or artificial colors. The color is completely natural and no chemical stabilizers are used.
